We are committed to helping each member of our team reach their full potential over the long term.  We achieve this through a combination of mentoring, knowledge sharing and formal training, matched to each team member's personal goals and professional needs.

Professional development goals and strategies are tailored to each individual team member.  We seek to understand each individual's professional training needs and the personal goals, and encourage team members to pursue external training as appropriate.

We pride ourselves on our internal knowledge sharing and mentoring programme, which was recognised by the Australian Business Award’s bestowment of the recommended employer award to Pottinger.

Over and above our internal knowledge sharing programmes, our staff participate in a number of external courses, including the CFA Program, Navigator Project Finance courses, Kaplan’s Masters of Applied Finance and the Financial Analysis Certificate at UTS.
