Nicholas is a highly experienced investment banker, with over thirty five years advisory experience, across a wide range of industries and geographies. Nicholas is acknowledged as one of the world's leading advisors to investment funds and trusts on restructuring and responding to hostile shareholder groups, having advised on some forty such assignments during the last fifteen years. His experience covers a wide range of jurisdictions including the UK, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, India, Chile, Cuba and Mauritius.
Nicholas was a managing director at Barings/ING Investment Bank until his retirement in 2008. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (UK) and a qualified solicitor.
